The department prepares students for a meaningful career in the corporate world, non-profits, and the church by joining together academic theory and real-world application.
BS: Administration
Bachelor of Science: Business Administration
A Bachelor of Science in Business Administration provides you with the opportunity to become proficient in many facets of business including finance, organizational behavior, and strategic planning. HLGU business students have gone on to have fruitful careers in financial planning, agriculture management, information technology, diplomatic relations, media and technology, and many more.
Concentrations are available for hybrid online and residential students.
BAS: Administration
Bachelor of Applied Science: Administration
The Bachelor of Applied Science in Business gives people with practical experience in the field or an AAS degree from post-secondary accredited institutions advanced standing, awarding them college credit for relevant work. Hannibal-LaGrange University is the only university in the tri-state area offering a BAS degree, accelerating their graduation timeline while still providing the same core instruction in business administration.
MAL: Management
Master of Arts in Leadership: Business Management
A Master of Leadership in Business Management is designed to provide a program of professional growth for people desiring training in leadership in the area of business.
Many students are eligible for advanced standing, able to count certain undergraduate courses toward their master’s degree.

Our business graduates have gone on to have meaningful and successful careers working in agribusiness, information technology, media and technology, law, entrepreneurship, sport management, real estate, and diplomatic relations.
